Neal Van Bellingen

Neal Van Bellingen is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who brings raw emotion and deep meaning to his music. Playing guitar and vocals at the core, he also explores the bass, piano, mandolin, and drums to shape his sound.

Lyrics are at the heart of Neal’s music—every word crafted with care, blending personal emotion with philosophical depth. Inspired by poetry, literature, and philosophy, his songs are more than melodies; they tell stories, pose questions, and invite reflection. Neal is also not shy to play around with his passion for foreign languages, thus his songs are not exclusively in English nor exclusively in his native tongue of Dutch.

Neal often collaborates with @Nathan Kyndt an exceptional guitarist known for his improvisational skills. Together, they create a dynamic musical experience, whether in intimate acoustic settings or through the heavy, atmospheric soundscapes of their post-metal band Arguz.

From stripped-down acoustic pieces to heavier, more layered compositions, Neal’s music is an exploration of feeling, thought, and sound.
