Formed in 2021, nearbychair is an alternative indie pop band from Bangkok, Thailand, known for their warm, introspective sound and DIY spirit. Blending the emotional layers of indie rock with a laid-back pop sensibility, they call their style “indie for life” — music that speaks from the heart and captures the beauty of everyday moments.
The trio consists of Toey (เต้ย) on vocals, Phutchara (พชร) on guitar, and Frank (แฟรงค์) on drums. Together, they craft songs that feel both personal and universal, writing and producing everything themselves. With over 9 self-released tracks, nearbychair brings raw, unfiltered storytelling to life.
In 2025, the band was selected to join WAVS3, a rising artist project by Warner Music Thailand, marking a new chapter in their musical journey.
