Since childhood Neelkanth was fascinated by rhythm and sounds he felt the immense power of music and he would be an avid listener of the classical radio and attended live theatrical performances for local musical gigs and concerts. He started blending numerous sounds into beautiful melodies and massively inspired by grace and harmony of folk music. His dedication and discipline made him self taught folk music in Telegu, Bengali, Hindi, Oriya, Gujarati, Rajesthani, Garhwhali, HImachali, Kannadda, Sanskrit while himself with native language Telegu.
