Born in Congo and raised in Norway, Neema found her love for music at a very young age. Her parents and older siblings introduced her to a vast array of songs and albums, so it was not hard for her to fall in love with artists like Boney M, Missy Elliott, Laurel hill, and Bob Marley. At an early age she joined church choirs and started to learn the guitar which eventually led her to begin singing and writing her own songs.
Her passion for pop, R&B and rap is central to her new songs. She's an artist who does not limit herself and she expresses herself and her feelings through the music. Likewise her genre and style change in the same way that people change mood and feelings based on where they are in life. Everyone expresses themselves in different ways, and this is hers.
