Negative Gravity is a rock band from Detroit, MI, that channels the sounds of 70's and 80's rock into a new and energetic sound. Inspired by bands such as Van Halen, Black Sabbath, and Iron Maiden, Negative Gravity's sound can be described as full, catchy, and packed with energy.
Negative Gravity was founded in 2017 by Kyle Berrens and Anthony Merz. They have since planted themselves firmly in the Detroit music scene by opening for bands such as Anvil, Enuff Z'Nuff, Faster Pussycat, and Dave Ellefson of Megadeth.
Negative Gravity has just released their debut album, "The Great Beyond" on 10/2/2020! The album was released on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, Tidal, and many other music streaming services.
The band consists of Kyle Berrens (Drums/Lead Vocals), Anthony Merz (Guitar/Backing Vocals), and Andre Couwlier (Bass/Backing Vocals).
