Nelson Williams Herrera

NELSON WILLIAMS HERRERA, Cuban percussionist and trombonist, completed his degree at the University of Music and Performing Arts (ISA) in Havana prior to his teaching activity at the Music Academy (ENA).
Due to his Afrocuban roots, rhythms and percussion have played a major role in his life and therefore strongly influenced his music.
His versatility as musician, composer and producer have led him amongst others to the O2 Arena London, the Milano Latin Festival, the Tel Aviv Jazz Festival and the Opera in Yerevan, Armenia, Opernball at the Vienna Opera, Scorpios Mykonos, Red Bull, Las Dalias (Ibiza) Destino Pacha Mykonos.
