Neo Ndawo is a versatile South African producer, singer, songwriter, and audio engineer. Born in the Eastern Cape, he relocated with his family to Durban in 2004 where he has been making waves in the music industry ever since. Neo's passion for music was inspired by his father's love for music, and he began experimenting with production and rapping in high school. He later studied graphics and art but eventually obtained a diploma in Audio Engineering and Sound Technology. Neo's major musical influences include Kwaito, Blues, Hip Hop, and Pop, which he blends to create his unique urban fusionist sound. He is known as The Soul Brother and established Hitside Studios in 2020, where he serves as the CEO, resident producer, and sound engineer. He has worked with several prominent artists, including Khuli Chana, Fifi Cooper, Yashna International,loki,Tyler icu, Mnqobi yazo and Aewon Wolf, among others.
