Never Met A Human is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a wide sonic palette. Never embraces brutally emotional and unfiltered lyrics in their exploration of sexuality, heartbreak and society.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Never began his journey into music at a young age, studying drums and guitar, and learning about jazz and other roots music. His exploration into songwriting, production and electronic music began during his early teens, when he began forming bands and performing around Los Angeles. Never released their debut EP, Mini Human Heart, in 2021. An examination of love, spirituality, and pain, Mini Human Heart culminates in an instrumental piece, “God Only Knows”, leaving the listener without the poetic and sometimes abstract guidance of Never’s lyrics, but full of hope and yearning. Never plans to release a series of singles during the summer of 2023.
