Founded in 2015, New Chords on the Block is Ohio University's premier coed competitive a cappella group. With 18 members from a variety of different majors, the group showcases a wide range of musical styles. New Chords performs regularly at campus events, local community gigs, and most notably, competes in the annual ICCA competition, where they recently earned second place at the Midwest Quarterfinals.
