New Ro welcomes you to their pink and purple universe where the musical, ridiculous and endearingly uplifting meet. Ronja Stanley is a vocalist at their core with piano and improvisation as a tool for creation, mostly happening in their living room or in the bath. Amassing a following close to a million on socials, New Ro aka Ronja Stanley brings a peculiar childlike wonder, performance art and neurodivergent freedom to their craft. It is not a surprise that, aside from Björk, Erykah Badu and the spirit of Freddie Mercury, comedic musical acts like Flight of the Conchords have also struck a chord with this artist. New Ro is currently working on their next releases, posts content weekly and is preparing for their musical comedy debut “The Cabaret of New Ro” at Savoy 5.12.2025.
