New Silver Girl is a Helsinki based indie rock band founded and led by Olli Happonen. The band
released its debut album in 2018. It was recorded at Hansa Studios in Berlin with the producer
Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina Spektor, Hinds). Recently the band has recorded 9 new
songs with Raphael in London at legendary Abbey Road Studios. The brand new album called
Wild Carnation will see its daylight on February 28, 2025. The new album introduces a self-confident New Silver Girl, that sounds richer and bolder than its
predecessor, but still retaining the innocence of rock and roll.
