Newport is the project of singer, songwriter and producer Dylon Newport. Influenced by modern-alternative pop, soul and hip-hop, he has quickly found an audience for his unique brand of sun-soaked pop, earning over a million global streams. His debut EP, Growing Pains was released late last year, and featured tracks ‘Maybe I’ and 'Get Back To This', the latter of which earnt a 4.5-star review from Richard Kingsmill on triple j Unearthed, and saw him as the cover star for Spotify's Fresh Finds AU&NZ and YouTube Music's Alt-Pop. Newport has built a buzzing community in his hometown of Perth, is fresh off an East Coast tour, and has previously supported Mitch Santiago, Death By Denim and Tyne James-Organ.
