Newsense Music is a rap group from Wasilla Alaska. The group was formed by us (Justin Pendergrass and Mike Sisson) in 2016. The two of us worked hard to develop solo careers but decided in 2020 that we would begin working together to form a super group to continue to share the testimonies of our lives.
Both of us have experienced a difficult journey to bring us to this point of releasing music. From homelessness, drug addiction, and even suicide, we express the difficulties of walking in our faith in Christ while battling the experiences we fought to overcome. Thank you for joining us as we learn to trust in God, heal from our pasts, and follow our purpose.
