Nic Schilling produced their first pop album ‘Rise’ at the age of 16. At the age of 17, Nic composed Laika, a musical for young ensembles, which was performed at the German School Budapest in 2014 under their direction. After graduating from high school, they spent a year as an assistant producer and director at the Palace of Arts (MüPa) Budapest. Nic obtained a Bachelor of Arts in music theater studies at the University of Bayreuth in 2021 and completed the C examination in choral conducting at the University for protestant Church Music.
Since 2021, they have been studying and working in Game Design and Development. In addition to various compositional works, Nic also wrote and directed the play ‘Scherben’, composed the musical 'Im Auge des Sturms' and music directed various student music theater productions. In 2019, they spent four months in Nicosia, Cyprus, where they accompanied the composition and premiere of the musical Το παιδί και το δέντρο as musical assistant to Alex Panayi. Since starting their Master's degree, they have been working increasingly on adaptive music production for games and conducting the ‘Bayreuth University Choir’.
