nicha is a 23 year old from Northern Ireland, born and bred in Holywood, Co. Down. Formerly known as Lucy Robinson, nicha took the scene by storm with her debut single Devices in July 2020 - a song about our society being addicted to our phones.

Her second release, little bird, is an ode to the survivors of any gender who are subject to mental and physical abuse in a relationship. “little bird” evokes a fragile innocence and vulnerability of someone who dreams of their independence, someone who has always had the strength to set themselves free.

She's only been about for hot minute but nicha has already been critically acclaimed by some big wigs, drawing attention from BBC Radio Ulster’s Stephen McCauley, RTE 2 FM’s Dan Hegarty, RTE Entertainment, Toronto's Indie88, Hot Press and more.
