Nick Costa

From the beginning, a pairing of desperation & dedication has resulted in relentless triumph in Nick Costa’s music. The Ukrainian born and Rhode Island raised record producer & rapper began his music journey through what he considers his “ninth life”.
A battle rapper for most of his teenage years, Costa embarked on music as a serious pursuit his senior year of high school after an injury sidelined his future baseball career for the foreseeable future. As a last ditch effort, Costa looked to turn music into a career. At age 19, just under a year into producing, chance encounters with the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:4xRYI6VqpkE3UwrDrAZL8L" data-name="Logic">Logic</a>, Danny Brown &amp; many more led Costa straight into the music industry.
Originally a product of major record labels and the Raider Klan era of underground music, in 2018 Costa founded Independent Record Label, Rulerz Records. Costa began working under his birth name releasing projects, producing &amp; taking a lead on the new generation of music from Rhode Island.
Now viewed as one of the brightest creatives from Rhode Island, Costa has become a jack of all trades. Though early in his career, Costa has been able to seamlessly fuse genres to match the energy of his own style.
