Nicki Richards is a dynamic American singer, songwriter, producer and actress based in New York City. Born in Hawaii and raised as a Navy Brat by a high-ranking military officer and a jazz singer, Richards attributes living all over the country and singing all over the world to her genre-crossing sound. She was signed as a teenager to Atlantic Records by the late great Ahmet Ertegun after winning Star Search, a competitive national television show, and since then has written and recorded several albums, all of which she produced and arranged.
