Nihilist Wasteland is the solo project of producer and lyricist John Warwick, who works with AI in the experiment of “making something that doesn’t sound like AI made it.” He’s joined by Synthia, an AI vocalist who exists only as code yet insists on being credited as a full band member. Together, they fuse human intention with machine precision, crafting songs that delve into the philosophical fractures of modern existence.
