Nilsek

Shlomi Keslin, AKA nilseK is musician and producer based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
His first memories of music were his father’s blasting out The Beatles, Jethro Tull, and other Rock classics. Later on, he started developing his own taste and discovered electronic music: mainly uplifting and psychedelic trance.
It was then that nilseK got his first DJ decks and started recording sets and playing at friend's parties, and that he started producing original music.
In 2018, upon obtaining a Degree in Music Production from the Middlesex University in London, he released his first body of work: Inception EP. This consisted of low-fi beats influenced by a wide array of genres and artists such as Flying Lotus, Aphex Twin, Four Tet and many more.
He is “all about exploring and expanding the sound pallate” and as such, his next releases were diverse and had many influences from Techno, to Ambient, IDM, and many more.
In 2021 he became part of the Brazil-based record label Digiment records with his melodic house release Undone Business which described his sound as “..captivating..full of melodic elements that emphasises the artist's personality and sonority”.
In his first full length album, 33, released in September 2022, nilseK continues his evolution as a diverse producer with a combination of dance floor bangers and lush atmospheric soundscapes. As evidenced by support from FazeMag and a growing number of supporters, one should definitely check out 33 and nilseK’s future releases.
