Nilusi is a 25-year-old independent, multidisciplinary artist whose passion for music began in childhood, singing in Buddhist temples.
Over the years, she has built a unique sound blending R&B, jazz, traditional music, and contemporary influences, creating a world that feels both intimate and timeless.
In 2018, Nilusi founded her own label and production company, Gleam Records, writing, producing, and directing her visual and musical projects.
As a songwriter, she has collaborated with artists such as Yseult, contributing to the songs “I Love You” and “Perdue”, and co-writing “ALIBI” with Yseult, Sevdaliza, and Pabllo Vittar, Rema, Ayra Starr, Banks, Riles…
Her debut album, Lettre à l’Univers, is a deeply personal and ambitious project, entirely self-produced. It explores her cultural roots through French, English, and Sinhalese.
