(Nimbus DeLoud) was raised in Philadelphia, PA. Nimbus DeLoud has never been a stranger to making music. Interestingly, before starting his Electronic Music Career under the moniker “Nimbus DeLoud.” Nimbus DeLoud learned how to play the flute as a child – his first musical instrument. This first talent was perhaps a precursor to what was to come of his connection to music. As he grew up, his flute playing took a back seat to dance, which propelled his passion for music even more. His path was set. Musical self-expression became a part of him. First, culturally through the Indian dance style of Bollywood theater, and more influentially, through hip-hop dance. Philadelphia, with its very influential hip-hop scene was home to a growing dance culture during Nimbus DeLoud’s high school years, when his passion for all genres and styles of music and dance ran parallel he knew at this point that music would begin to play a large role in his life.
