Nimbus is the moniker used by Sydney-based EDM and bass music producer Cameron Arguedas. Cameron spent his adolescence writing music on guitar and performing as a local busker. Vestiges of alternative rock still appear in the catchy, memorable melodies that appear throughout Nimbus’ discography, often showcased alongside abrasive basslines and pulsating beats. Inspired by the experimental and explosive attitude of acts such as Skrillex, Flume, Space Laces and Eprom, Nimbus’ off-kilter drops create an atmosphere of head-thrashing euphoria.
After following up his debut single, ‘Sucker Punch’ with two more playlist-essentials, ‘Mindless’ and ‘Triumph Over All’, Nimbus is building up considerable momentum in 2021. Never idle and constantly experimenting, Nimbus is excited to share the new tunes in his stash with his audience.
