No Kilter burst onto the scene in 2005 with their fast, riff laden mix of punk and math rock. Their first release Society Embrace The Fall recorded in 2006 with Chris Gordon (<a href="spotify:artist:0ruhCjXUFHUgjhBperDiUf" data-name="Deckard">Deckard</a> / <a href="spotify:artist:76i7LqwY4xZ6gjebDpmKjV" data-name="Union Of Knives">Union Of Knives</a> ) showcased their chaotic mix of riffs, frenetic drums , intricate basslines topped with interchanging vocals. The band played with bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:30h1cDhDvSG9RZlfBHmt9C" data-name="Don Caballero">Don Caballero</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:572aBw8LAuVMk47tfozZZr" data-name="Maps &amp; Atlases">Maps &amp; Atlases</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0AZ3VR0YbFcS0Kgei7L2QF" data-name="Russian Circles">Russian Circles</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:4A9xtvezlouTD7H0kyUje9" data-name="Twin Atlantic">Twin Atlantic</a> before releasing their second effort 2007s Galore Nation, again with Gordon at the helm, this time delving into a more experimental and sprawling sound than the previous effort.
Tours and festival appearances around the UK followed, before the band reached its conclusion in 2010.

15 years later the band plan to play once more at Glasgows Core. Festival in September of 2025.
