Dutch metalcore 5-piece NO PERMISSION combine elements of various styles of heavy music to create a unique, yet familiar sound. With heartfelt and often emotionally charged lyrics and vocals by frontman Mees Stevens, the band covers prominent topics familiar to many.
With their debut EP “This Is Sincerity” behind them, the band is ready to take the next step in their promising career in the metalcore, hardcore and deathcore scene. Their latest album “I Am What You Made Me” features a much more mature tone overall, compared to their previous release, both musically and thematically. It is obvious NO PERMISSION have grown quite a bit in the past few years.
The band have had the opportunity to prove themselves on more than one occasion (namely the Ysselsteyn-based hardcore and metalcore festival Jera On Air), and have proven themselves more than capable of providing the proper atmosphere for moshpits, circle pits and two-stepping.
