No Southern Accent (now known as Accent A Cappella) is the University of Florida's premier, all-gender a cappella group.
Founded in 2001 as one of the first prominent groups in the south, our founders sought to make our respectability as musicians clear - indeed, we do not have southern accents. Today, NSA is wholly comprised of and run by a tight knit family of fourteen UF students across all years and majors. Our mission is simple:
“To perform purposeful and memorable music conveying impactful narratives that establish a connection with each other and our audience.”
