No Strings Attached A Cappella is the premiere all-gender all-genre competitive a cappella group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Founded in 1994, NSA combines their versatile talents to create innovative performances and spread their artistry throughout the Midwest. Although they admire their roots in jazz, NSA is known for their wide variety of music, including medleys that blur the boundaries between genres. This tight-knit group of friends is driven by their love for making music and memories together. Even though they're called "No Strings Attached," they guarantee you'll fall in love.
No Strings Attached has recorded several live CDs, taken 3rd place at the 2022 and 2024 ICCA Quarterfinals and first EP 'Syncopation' in 2023, followed by their first full-length album 'Totality' in 2024!
