NOBOA, a second-generation New Yorker hailing from the South Bronx, embodies a diverse blend of roles: Singer/Songwriter, Entrepreneur, and a non-traditional scholar often labeled a "Renaissance Woman." Raised by Dominican immigrant grandparents, both educators, her early exposure to Music, Art, Fashion, and Design sparked a profound curiosity. From a tender age of 3, she yearned to perform and sing, later refining her skills in chorus class during high school. Mentored by notable figures like Patrick Michael Wickham and Sekou Heru, she honed her vocal, musical, and dance talents. Academic pursuits led her to Lehman College for Psychology and Marketing studies. Beyond her personal growth, NOBOA remains deeply engaged in her community, utilizing her expertise to empower underserved communities through Performance Arts, Mental Health, Nature, Sports, and Education. Influenced by iconic artists, her agile vocals and melodic style have graced renowned stages like the Apollo and Nublu.
