Estonian artist <a href="spotify:artist:0SjnenkLIpqRE9SUzogeOp" data-name="NOËP">NOËP</a> unites the disparate sounds of <a href="spotify:artist:3XHO7cRUPCLOr6jwp8vsx5" data-name="alt-J">alt-J</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6xrCU6zdcSTsG2hLrojpmI" data-name="José González">José González</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5Q81rlcTFh3k6DQJXPdsot" data-name="Mura Masa">Mura Masa</a> in his adventurous hybrid of electro-pop energy and intimate songwriting.
