Noisebody's musical path has taken a turn from jazz-tinged psychedelia to quieter meditations, demonstrated in this latest project. Conceived during a time when work-for-hire scores were being demoed, Rush Hour became a compilation of soundscapes, loops and piano themes. Inspired by walks around downtown LA and the highways, watching traffic became a meditation. On one walkabout a friend took the cover photo and it all came together. Music for a noisy reality, music to quiet the mind, music to daydream to.
