NonCitizens is the Argentine duo of Francisco Rotta and Mateo Moreno, active in the scene since 2015. In 2018, they secured residencies at Rumors Ibiza, Void Mykonos and Tox By Night, sharing the stage with artists like Guy Gerber, Sven Väth, Hernán Cattáneo, Black Coffee, Colyn, and Bedouin.
They have released music on labels such as MoBlack Records, Selador, RADIANT., Wired, and many more. Their track "Lost Trumpet In Space" (2021) gained global support, including a feature on BBC Radio 1 by Pete Tong, and was selected for MoBlack Gold Vol. 3 vinyl in 2022.
Beyond their productions, they run their own event series, HUMANOS. With new releases on the way, NonCitizens continue expanding their sound in the international electronic scene.
