When a music artist first gets a taste of the stage, it sets off a trigger for motivation like no other. More shows come, the fan base grows, and they become a representation for all who support them. In the case of 25-year-old Nooky, he hails from one of Hip Hop’s prominent areas of the culture’s representation. Eric “Nooky” Hendrix Jr. has a familiar story when it comes to his path in the music industry. Originally born in the Midwest, in Michigan, he instead grew up in Dallas Texas. Expressing himself through writing over music became a hobby but soon took a serious turn once he noticed his peers’ reactions. “Once I saw the effect my music had on people’s lives it made me want to share that with the world.” In the past, he is well noted for his first big performance at Southern Methodist University(SMU) opening for southern Hip Hop Legend JuicyJ and opening for Lil Dickey at Toyota Music Factory in Texas and collaborating with Boosie Badazz. His future works include a song produced by Grammy Award Winning Producer Stevie J and a Single with Lil Scrappy that's releasing soon. Nooky has performed on several big stages in several big cities across the US and has currently released his Much Anticipated E.P.
