Nora Medín

Nora Medín is a true desert fighter having survived the dangers and mysteries of the deserts with her loyal friend, Chim Chim the chimp.

On her way to the much vaunted place called Berlin many villains and sand demons had to be fought, whereas with every victory she has gained more and more knowledge in the arts of electronic music, the holy arts of techno, tech house and bass music.

This oriental bass – techno merged artist has arrived – and she brought the heat, a wild story and the
boom bass.


This year's first releases of Nora Medín are a journey through the different souls of our cultures.
Her new project is called "Boombass Yalla", an afro-arabic and slightly latin-spiced mixture of energetic tracks created to let the hearts of hard'n'deep dance music lovers go faster.

This year's premier release is the leftfield bass music ep named ''Boombass Yalla''.
This ep's sound is based on arabic history, mysticism and diving deep into other cultures of traditional music - all combined within a fusion of orchestral composing, hard drops and dark & funky dance beats.

After her classical composition for the film "Give" - which was awarded at Valencia Film Festival 2016), productions of tech house over to progressive house and tropical deep house remixes - one of which - AVEC - Bones (Nora Medín Remix) - was exclusively released by Noisey in 2018, and co-productions at Red Bull Music Studios Berlin, Hansa Studios as well as co-ops with Q.Works Berlin have followed.
