Norby Flayme

Young and aspiring Zimbabwean born and bred artist based in the UK, Norby Flayme, began his music career when he was just 15 years old. It all started from rapping in a small unoccupied dormitory to working with some of the best professional producers in the country .


Working with Kalino Music and Roman Rap Studios (independent record labels), he became a much improved vocalist - lyricist. He spent most of his time at home composing songs based on his previous relationships and experiences. Due to lack of confidence, he couldn’t release any of the songs recorded because he felt as if he needed a bit of time to develop.


As a modern day contemporary R&B and afropop singer/songwriter - he has learnt and managed to gain inspiration from famous musicians such as Drake, Bryson Tiller , 6lack and Chris Brown. This influenced him to work harder than usual and to being original was one of the most important things he valued. In 2018 he released his debut single “Money” which is the most notable amongst the other singles and covers he previously released .
