Jesper Nordal is a unique guitarist with a remarkable sound and style. He is placed in the worlds of both rock- and jazzgenres, which gives him the freedom to play in complex situations with a big sound, full of textures, and yet, he also expresses himself with almost countrylike, simple melodic and harmonic materiel.
Always playing with energy, expression and honesty are his trademarks.
Recording and producing is also a big part of his profile; As guitarist on a lot of different records and tracks - electric, acoustic and all the other strings: banjo, ukulele etc.; As a producer of music for movies, commercials, musicals and educational materials.
He occasionally plays with Big Bands such as the DR Big Band, the Orchestra, Tip Toe Big Band. He plays musicals on Danish theaters: “Mamma Mia", “She Loves You” and more.
