Normcore is a slacker rock band from France. Located in Montreuil, in the suburbs of Paris, they're especially fond of nineties american alternative rock (Dinosaur Jr, Weezer from the blue album period, Pavement...)
Today they have finally reached the age of reason ! After spending a year trying to refine the detuning of their guitars, to learn by heart the tracklisting of all the Pavement's albums in the antichronological order, to debate around the metaphysical question "Should we put the Big Muff fx pedal before the Woolly Mammoth to get the most strident feedback? », to give an exhaustive account of the musicality of the half emptied bottles of each brand of beer from the corner supermarket ... they are back in january 2021 with « Out now ! », their new 7 tracks EP.
