Shane Nolan and Conor Eades began writing songs for fun in the studio (shed) out the back of Shane’s family home in 2018. With a common love for classic songwriting coupled with silly lyricism, the multi-instrumentalist duo began carving out a world of their own. They don’t take themselves seriously. This has become the ethos behind their creative endeavours.
They have a grá for chunky guitars, stomping drum patterns, infectious melodies and creamy pints of Guinness. They have spent their early years on the pulse of the Irish live circuit. Gigging coast-to-coast in various bands has made them masters of the live show. They also surround themselves with some of the biggest names in the Irish industry today. Many will agree that Not Wrong sound familiar yet incredibly refreshing. Being bogged down by the seriousness of music has been the catalyst in developing a wholesome and uplifting songwriting model for them both.
