Notfromhere

My name is Lauro and I’m from the south of Spain. Music has always been part of my life. From an early age, it became my constant companion, the soundtrack to everything I lived and felt. As a kid, I learned to play guitar through classes and explored piano on my own, slowly discovering how emotion could live inside sound.

Over the years, my path led me to travel beyond my home, chasing the dream of becoming a musician and producer. Eventually, that journey brought me back inward: countless hours alone in my home studio, producing in my laptop, shaping ideas late at night. Ambient music was my first true influence, teaching me the value of space, restraint, and atmosphere.

Notfromhere was born as an artistic project to translate my thoughts, experiences, and feelings into sound.

Through lofi textures, minimal structures, and warm imperfections, I create music that moves slowly, melancholic, nocturnal, and introspective.

I make music for quiet moments: night drives, solitary walks, studying, or simply being still. These are not songs meant to demand attention, but to offer peace, an invitation to reflect, breathe, and stay present 🌠
