What's up? Everyone, I'm Ja'Juan Williams, but you may know me as NovaCasa or Nova for short. I'm a 27-year-old indie hip-hop and r&b artist/songwriter born in texas and raised in South Cackalacky (Carolina). So the South is definitely my roots. I was born in 96, so my love for the 90s and early 00s is a huge part of my influences in musical taste from hip-hop to soul, to r&b, pop, rock, and even SOME country! Some of my other great influences are my father who is a heavy hiphop and rock influence in my life listening to him rapping growing up actually is the reason I picked up a notebook to write in the first place and my mother who basically sang her whole life and is a heavy r&b and soul influence in my life. I released my first single U&I to the world, June 5th, 2021, after many years of writing and finally breaking through my comfort zone. I couldn't have done that without the support of you all.
