NOVGROD is the solo project of Giel Cromphout, who you probably don't know from El Yunque (RIP) and Blægger (RIP). Both bands were into tinkered noise, Novgrod only focuses on the tinkering part. Every song is written and recorded in a hot attic in Diest, Belgium. Every instrument - except for a stray double bass and difficult piano – played by Giel himself. Stubborn, yet secretly ambitious. At the end of 2022 Novgrod will play live shows for the first time.
