Now and Not Yet began in early 2017 when in Everett, WA the duo started playing and recording old acoustic songs written by Anthony Baker. With a desire to play more energetic shows and revisit the pop-punk roots Anthony had, acoustic music quickly became an unsatisfying style to play in and their genre has morphed with each release. "Something More", Now and Not Yet's debut album was released on April 12th, 2019, and paved the way to further explore musical experimentation and a filler sound through the release of singles throughout 2020. Their current music is a blend of acoustic songwriting origins, indie pop, 80's pop, and a sprinkle of pop-punk. The current lineup consists of married couple, Anthony & Lauren Baker.
