From the ashes of the industrial metal band MiLLENNiA, front man Dan Harvell turned his creative energy toward a more electro-industrial / EBM outlet. Null Factor was born.
Each studio album that Null Factor released would see a sound that was ever evolving. Eventually, Null Factor's EBM-heavy sound would incorporate more Industrial Rock elements, featuring a more robust instrumentation and the inclusion of time signatures that went beyond the basic 4-on-the-floor.
After the 2011 album, "AntiCitizen", Null Factor decided to go on indefinite hiatus, so front man Dan Harvell could explore other musical pursuits. However, all roads seemed to lead back to Null Factor. In 2017, Harvell started work on new Null Factor material, aiming for a late-2017, early 2018 release.
