Hi there, since I was 16 years old back in 1997, a long, looong time ago... I started making some music with Fruitly Loops. It was totally crap, but I had fun making it. When I got a few years older, I was to busy with other things and I'd stopped making music.
Now it's already 2025 and I wanted to give it another try to make some beats in my hometown Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
I have my own IT-business (and I'm a nerdy Webdeveloper and Photoshop designer by nature), but I wanted to do something different & more creative.
So since the beginning of 2025 I started to learn making music again with my good-old program Fruity Loops (now called FL Studio). After watching a LOT of Youtube videos I created dozens of (half) tracks. Some were good enough (in my opinion :P) to put on Spotify. Right now I'm trying out different styles of House music (like Melodic House, Organic House, Afro House & Deep House) and some Techno.
It's so much fun and rewarding that I'm definitely going to continue experimenting and releasing new tracks this entire year.
The chance that a track will be a (small) hit is incredibly small, considering that 120,000 tracks are added to Spotify every day. But that shouldn't spoil the fun, because it's nice to be involved in making music and be creative. I love it.
BTW. Sometimes I drive my girlfriend, kids and friends crazy, everytime I have a new idea I asked them for tips or suggestions. Thanks for your support and patience!
