Oak hail from London, but you'd be forgiven for thinking they crawled straight from the desert, so fully formed is their doom-tinged psychedelic stoner rock. The mighty Oak were formed in April 2015 by guitarist Kevin Germain. The rest of the band is made up by the malevolent glaring physical presence that is vocalist Andy Valliant (of Ossiyan), and the driving rhythm section of drummer Clinton Richie and bassist Richard Morgan (of The Quarry). Oak have released two riff heavy blues influenced EPs and gig regularly in the thriving London psych scene. Taking influence from the legendary Black Sabbath, Kyuss and The Stooges among other varied heavy artists, Oak make believers of everyone.
