Oceanaut

Oceanaut is a progressive art rock band based out of Tulsa. For more than a decade, the band has represented one of the most ambitious presences in the city's music scene. Blending the overdriven, spacey guitars of 70's rock with influences from contemporary artists ranging from The Mars Volta to Radiohead, vocalist and guitarist Ben McCulloch has led the band through a shifting lineup of some of Tulsa's finest players, currently consisting of himself, Charlie Williams (@Danner Party, @Free Association), Tyler Downing (THT, Funk's Way), and David Mullenax (Boketto, Free Association, Jonny Mullenax Band). With the band's upcoming full length album, they return to the raw inspiration of their first LP (2016's Evidence) while building on the art rock elements delved further into on 2021's Unraveled EP.
