Offended

Formed in 2015, Offended are a nightmare rock/metal band based in Leeds, UK.

The band was formed by guitarist Jamie Hollis and drummer Tom Hallam. They were later joined by vocalist Carol Fernandez in 2021.
The band had been writing songs all throughout high school, so once Carol joined they went straight to the recording studio to get some of them recorded.

The release of their debut album 'Welcome To Nowhere' in 2022 revealed the blend of aggressive passages and melancholic moments in their music which set the tone for the band's unique sound.

When 'Dreamworld' came out in 2023, the band levelled up their music to a more grand scale and turned the album into an experience.
The inclusion of long songs became more apparent too as the band managed to break the 10 minute mark with two of the tracks on the album, making the 8 minute single 'The Sea Of Kings' seem short. Meanwhile, the catchy chorus of 'Chasing Shadows' formed an accessible outpost on the album for fans who might be in a rush to get their Offended fix and has since become one of their most popular and well-known songs as well as a staple at live shows.

Having spent 2024 playing to live audiences for the first time with the help of bassist Callum McEwan, the band returned to their creative laboratory to brew up something new.

'Reminiscence' landed in August 2025 and once again featured 8 luscious tracks of great variety. The jury is still out as to how this album compares to their others...
