oh my muu is the electronic music project of Los Angeles-based producer James Im. The music of oh my muu reflects upon the universal experiences of love, reminiscence, and self discovery, taking a deconstructed approach at Asian pop music, left-field beatmaking and emotive electronica.
Debuting on ZOOM LENS in 2015 with the Self Help EP, Im showcased an ear for Asia’s rising talent, producing for the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:1gb2CA8m7WQ9q6iGWgQTQu" data-name="U-Pistol">U-Pistol</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6auWB5YAlcKaHyrbTH66nd" data-name="No Rome">No Rome</a> (Dirty Hit) & more, leading Im to high profile shows in 2016 including Hype Machine’s Hype Hotel and several other official SXSW showcases.
Since then, the producer has continued to hone their sound, self-releasing material and preparing their next slew of singles on home label ZOOM LENS.
