Olga Yagolnikov

Olga was just a year old, when her family left their home in Estonia, and moved to the United States. She was a unique child, growing up to become an introvert with a vivid imagination. She would spend hours crafting beautiful stories, songs, and imaginary places in her mind. Art provided her with a sense of acceptance ,and served as a means to express her emotions.
Olga's parents, Grigory and Nelia, played a significant role in shaping her musical journey. They shared a deep passion for singing and performing, a love that remained a central part of their lives. Music is in their family chain.
In her teenage years, Olga embraced the guitar and piano, instruments commonly found in her family's home. She played them as a form of therapy, self-teaching along the way. At 16, she wrote her first song. The naturalness of songwriting struck her, and she had her 'aha' moment.
You may recognize Olga from the musical sibling duo, 'Kye Kye' (2010-Current).
Olga remains dedicated to crafting deeply authentic, emotive, and experimental music in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. She thrives in a life deeply infused with art, a philosophy she wholeheartedly embraces. Currently, she resides in a cozy cabin in Washington state where she has her home studio and continues on her musical journey.
