Oliver Twitter

Being an ‘old-school’ writer and yet a lover of the latest push, Oliver Twitter almost always finds himself writing music that can be played acoustically. This comes from his classical piano training as a child, his exposure to jazz, and his progression to brass instruments and the acoustic guitar.

Over the years, Oliver has written many songs and instrumentals. These have included co-writing 3 musicals for the stage and a few songs that have sold. However, his first love is writing quiet, unassuming songs that evoke reflective thoughts and feelings. Although Oliver writes to please himself, he also tends to write with more capable performers in mind, especially in the hope of attracting accomplished musicians to record covers.

Oliver is currently working on several orchestral creations, arranging evocative soundscapes based on the Arthurian legend for strings and woodwinds. He hopes you enjoy his music and that it serves its purpose of transporting you to another, more reflective world.
