Ollie T (Olli Tukiainen) is a Finnish guitar player best known for his work with the bands Poets of the Fall and Old Gods of Asgard. He discovered his passion for guitar playing at the age of 12. Over the years, he honed his craft by studying music at the Helsinki Pop & Jazz Conservatory, where he developed his skills and explored various musical styles. In 2005, Poets of the Fall released their debut album, which signified the start of a successful journey for the band. This success led to Ollie touring internationally with Poets of the Fall, further showcasing his remarkable skills in various projects, including the award-winning video game "Alan Wake 2."
After years of crafting songs and solo material, Ollie T released his first solo track, "Firefly," in 2017. This marked the beginning of his evolution as a solo artist, culminating in his debut full solo album, "Lost Within the Fire," which was released in late 2024. This captivating album features a wide variety of moods, ranging from gentle ballads and soft tunes to the extravagant, sizzling guitar mayhem first heard in "Firefly." The album also showcases the talents of all the members of Poets of the Fall, including vocal parts by their singer, Marko Saaresto.
