Omega Khunou

Omega Khunou is a Gospel Artist, divinely called by God to minister through the powerful medium of song. Hailing from Koster in the North West Province, he is the second born of Bishop A.E & J.N Khunou, and proudly serves as a loving husband to Kea Khunou and a devoted father to Reaboka Khunou.

Omega Khunou's affinity for music surfaced early in life at the tender age of 5, where his musical journey began in his father's church during Sunday School. His professional venture into the recording industry commenced in 2002, and in 2005, he marked a significant milestone with the release of his inaugural album, "MESSIA." With two decades of experience in the music industry and an impressive discography boasting 8 albums, Omega Khunou stands as a respected member of Spirit of Praise. Additionally, he formed a notable duo called Friends in Praise with the late Neyi Zimu.

Throughout his illustrious career, Omega Khunou has graced stages and collaborated with esteemed artists such as Bishop Benjamin Dube, Neyi Zimu, Dr. Tumi, Zaza Mokgethi, Dumi Mkokstad, Takie Ndou, and many others. Notable highlights include receiving an international accolade from Africa Unite Gospel Music Awards as the "Top Best Male Artist" and securing a nomination from the MTN SAMA Awards for Best Faith Traditional Album, including recognition at the Crown Gospel Awards. Omega Khunou continues to inspire and uplift through his unwavering commitment to spreading the Gospel through music.
